1. MAGYAR - A TUDOMÁNY VILÁGKONGRESSZUSA
A Magyar Tudományos Akadémia 2007. november 8-10. között – együttműködésben az UNESCO-val és az ICSU-val, valamint a magyar kormány támogatásával – ismét megrendezi a Tudomány Világfórumát (WSF).
A Tudomány Világnapján kezdődő Fórum témája ezúttal: befektetés a tudományba - befektetés a jövőbe. A bélyegkép középpontjában a Tudomány Világfóruma rendezvény emblémája szerepel.
Az alkalmi boríték rajzán budapesti látkép szerepel, melynek fő motívumai a Lánchíd és a Budai vár. Az alkalmi bélyegző grafikáján az MTA székházának stilizált rajza tűnik elő.

2. ENGLISH - WORLD SCIENCE FORUM
Between 8-10 November 2007 the Hungarian Academy of Sciences is again holding the World Science Forum in cooperation with UNESCO and ICSU with the support of the Hungarian government.
The theme of the Forum opening on World Science Day is “investing in knowledge – investing in the future”. The emblem of the World Science Forum is in the centre of the stamp design.
The graphics of the first day cover show a view of Budapest, whose main motifs are the Chain Bridge and the Buda Castle. The special postmark shows a stylised drawing of the headquarters of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences.
